Great customer service. Admin was responsive and supportive. We had a old gas cooktop with dimensions 60cm (w) & 51cm (d). Anthony managed to find a replacement which fit. We were very happy with the workmanship and service provided by Chris. Chris is professional, patient and polite. Very clean and no mess. Thank you

Blueline managed to squeeze me in quickly to help with a blocked drain. Their communication was fantastic and Chris did a great job of not only clearing the blocked drain quickly but gave me all the information on how it was getting blocked, where the blockages were occurring and a plan moving forward. Am a very happy customer of Blueline since a friend recommended them a number of years ago. Have had a range of plumbing repairs done in our 1960s home and Anthony or one or two of his team has fixed them all - always reliable, quality work, friendly and knowledgeable (and clean up after). They’re good problem solvers and we appreciate the clear feedback on what is wrong, how it can be fixed, etc. Great customer service. This week James did an excellent job installing our replacement vanity unit and tap.
